Responsibilities:
·         Answer phone with professionalism and directs calls to the appropriate individual
·         Greets all customers promptly, provides timely professional services.

·         Coordinates with other dealership employees to provide service to customers.
·         Uses computer and other record keeping systems to manage information.
·         Uses systems to input or access information; and complete paperwork so that all information is correctly recorded.
·         Collects money and gives appropriate change to customers.
·         Completes invoices with required customer information.
